Please help me to do these conditions in Power BI (Transformations) Qualification : Only include Schedule(Task Name) = Building Permit Received Row 1 Schedule: Baseline Start Date. This should be in Black color. If there is no Baseline date, then leave the field blank Row 2: If there is no Baseline Start Date in Row 1, then Row 2 should be blank. If there is a Baseline Start Date in Row 1, then following conditions apply: If ‘Schedule task % Complete’ = 100%, then input Actual Finish Date. This should be in Blue color. If Schedule task % Complete < 100% then input Schedule: Start Date - Task. If the date is in the Past (as compared to today), it should be in Red font. If the date is in the future (as compared to today), it should be in Green font.

What’s the benefit of using the data flow
dataflows are quicker for load and refresh times in service as well as in schematic models. dataflows are also good to share with other departments who want to use the same query/logic

Im curious: what level of PBI and Fabric subscription did you need to UPLOAD the dataflows into powerbi Service?
all that was needed to upload dataflows to service was the license type: power bi pro

Some reasons why you would bring a Power BI dataflow in Excel: 1 - Ad-hoc analysis for quickly querying data. That way you don't have to wait for load previews in power bi service 2 - Can leverage as a source for pivot tables to build financial budget models, commission models, supply chain models from one source of truth (best for a lot of manual adjustments) 3 - If you want to troubleshoot any changes in Excel Power Query before you push changes to live production 4 - Can leverage this live connection from a dataflow and send the file to a coworker who isn't as technical 5 - im sure there is some other reasons why that I haven't figured out yet :)
Hey, The copy URL is functional for OneDrive, why for SharePoint not use SharePoint Folder route?
you can go that route for sure. going this route is handy when you have multiple people editing within one centralized excel sheet. basically allows everyone on a team to make changes easily and that will flow to reporting
Don't see the details option in sharepoint to get the file path? We can find it another way Step 1 - Hit the three dots on the excel file Step 2 - Open Excel file in App Step 3 - Click Info Step 4 - Click the button that says "copy path" Step 5 - Paste this path into data source in either powerbi desktop or powerbi service Step 6 - Remove "?web=1" from the end of the path in the data source box Step 7 - Close the Excel file in App
is there any chance to export a defined list of bookmarks after each other? so page1 shows bookmark1, page two shows bookmark2, etc...?
That is a good question. I don't believe Microsoft has that type of flexibility right now. Quickest work-a-around would be to export separately, then combine in adobe pdf or word

Hey! I am seeing the option "Subscribe to report" on the toolbar still, then choose the subscription type standard. I would ask your powerbi devs to "update app" to troubleshoot.
